Hi! I’m Danielle Phillips, a Chattanooga entrepreneur, coffee truck owner, wife, and mom.
After spending years serving families throughout our community from my mobile coffee café, I dreamed of creating stories that would encourage children to be kind, courageous, and welcoming.
That dream became The Little Coffee Truck Books, where Bean, a tiny teal coffee truck with a big heart, reminds young readers that everyone has a place and every act of kindness matters.
I hope these stories become books your family enjoys reading together for years to come.
How Bean Came to Life
Bean was inspired by the real friendships, community, and joy found at local markets throughout Chattanooga.
Watching families gather, neighbors support one another, and small businesses work together inspired me to imagine what it would be like if the coffee truck was alive.
Bean’s adventures celebrate kindness, friendship, confidence, and the importance of helping others—lessons I hope every child carries with them long after the story ends.
